Visiting Angels

Donna and her staff are AMAZING!! I filled out an online form at 8:50pm on a Thursday evening inquiring about help for my Father. Within 5 minutes, Donna called me. I wasn't expecting a call back at night, but she said they realize people need help at all hours, day or night. Donna came to my house the next day to go over things, and I set services up with them. We set up a schedule of when I needed care for my Dad. Netty showed up the 1st day, and was great with my dad. I even had to call "on call" for help with a shower for him, and they were able to send Shelby. She did a great job getting him in the shower and helping him. I highly recommend Visiting Angel's, Donna and her team.

Everyone is very pleasant and engages my father in conversation he enjoys. The ladies that come here are prompt and complete any tasks that is asked of them in a timely manner with a good attitude. Don't really know how I could be more pleased with your company. Thank you Tom Snyder

My mother required a little extra help with daily activities in her home. Even though we only used Visiting Angels for a short period of time, they were wonderful from beginning to end. The caregivers were very nice and friendly to my mother. They were very professional and thorough when completing the daily activities required of our care plan. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone who needs that little extra help with their loved ones.

Hi I'm a caregiver for Visiting Angels. At Visiting Angels I'm a part of a family caring for the seniors in our community. Our purpose is to aide and support our seniors in maintaining independence, dignity and comfort in their homes. I enjoy seeing the smile on their faces and being a part of the lives of each uniquely different client.

The staff has been great with meeting the changing caregiving needs of my dad. They provided input regarding my dad’s needs and were able to accommodate additional hours when we realized what was needed. The staff provides frequent communication regarding coverage, concerns of caregivers that may arise, and answers our questions quickly. It’s never easy to choose and trust strangers to come into your loved one’s home and genuinely care for them. The Visiting Angels have answered our call to do exactly that. This agency was recommended and we’re very thankful for all they have done to give my dad the best chance at success.
